This year, Buitenhof De Leistert scooped up the award for the best holiday park in the Netherlands. This is no surprise as the park boasts some quality facilities and luxury cottages. Over to Germany, this year the best holiday park was awarded to Schlosspark Bad Saarow. The holiday park is terraced which means that nearly all the cottages offer breath-taking views of the lake. There is therefore no surprise that this is the top rated park in Germany!

If you are in the mood for some French culture, Pierre & Vacances Village Normandy Garden took the award for the best newcomer in France. The holiday park offers a rural feel as it is located in Normandy with a heated indoor water park and playgrounds that children are sure to love. Most luxurious holiday park

Last year Landal Villapark Livingstone took the award for the most luxurious holiday park, however this year Droompark Bad Hoophuizen found its way to the top and for good reason! As the park is located directly nearby Lake Veluwe, it is also known as a water sport haven and guaranteed to give you that holiday feeling.

Most child-friendly holiday park

Marveld Recreatie won the award for the most child-friendly park this year and its no surprise why. The park offers a subtropical swimming pool with fun waterslides and a relaxing heated whirlpool. The park also ensures that their water facilities are child-safe so parents do not have to worry about their child’s safety as they splash around. Marveld Recreatie also gives the perfect blend between children and wellness facilities so that all groups can enjoy themselves.
